This Workplace Advancement for Gender Equality (WAGE) program will support the work of USAID’s Bureau for Economic Growth, Education and Environment, Office of Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment to provide tangible women’s economic empowerment opportunities, such as access to new jobs and increased income, and will directly contributes to the Women's Global Development and Prosperity Initiative (W-GDP) Pillar I - Women Prospering in the Workforce and Pillar III - Women Enabled in the Economy by increasing prosperity for women in the workforce and enabling women in the economy.
