Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This contract requires conducting financial statement audits in strict accordance with multiple federal auditing standards and manuals. The work involves preparing audit working papers and will be overseen by the USAID Office of Inspector General. The first audit will cover Fiscal Year 2026, with potential follow-on years if contract options are exercised. The financial statements themselves will be prepared by the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) based on federal accounting principles.
