USAID/OIG Information Management is seeking to acquire support for all Microsoft related technologies to encompass our M365 G5 Licenses and Azure subscription solutions. The time duration for the support shall be for 12 months base period renewed annually for the next 36 months. Support will include but is not limited to the following technologies: Microsoft Azure Infrastructure services and subscription support, Microsoft Exchange Online and On-prem, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Security suite solutions, PowerApps Platform, MO365 productivities solutions to include MS Teams, OneDrive, SQL Server, as well as Azure Synapse service support. Lastly training and proactive services are required to ensure staff is supported on a as needed basis.
