The USAID/Rwanda Feed-the-Future Employment and Entrepreneurship Activity will addres the problem of insufficient employment opportunities and limited entrepreneurial success for Rwandans which negatively impacts the Rwandan economy and the country's development goals. The Activity will facilitate capacity development of Rwandans - in particularly women, youth, and persons with disabilities - in key technical and soft skills required to participate in a modern workforce (focusing on opportunities surrounding the agricultural economy) and will catalyze new entry and growth of inclusive enterprises. The Activity will facilitate, demand-driven, private-sector-led approaches to develop economic opportunities at scale. AMENDMENT No. 1. The purpose of this Amendment is to: (1) revise RFP No. 720-696-22-R-00002 and its attachments J.3 and J.5 and (2) upload USAID/Rwanda responses to the consolidated questions received from the possible offerors.
