Justification and Approval for other than full and open competition (J&A) to issue a modification to increase the Total Estimated Cost by $15,012,384, and to extend the current end date to February 28, 2023, under the Task Order No. AID-674-TO-16-00003 with Guidehouse LLP for the implementation of the South Africa Supply Chain Technical Assistance activity. During the extension period, the contractor will continue to provide technical assistance that leverages industry approaches and leading practices to accelerate strengthening of the South African public heald supply chain.
