IQA activity provides A&E services for independent monitoring for the FATA Infrastructure Project (FIP) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Reconstruction Program (KPRP). This activity conducts day to day monitoring of USAID supported infrastructure through government-to-government (G2G) vertical structures, water, power, and roads infrastructure improvement programs in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. Under this activity the A&E firm reviews the design, drawings and technical specifications prepared by the host government implementing partner. The A&E firm performs the quality assurance at the construction site and reports any noncompliance. The A&E firm also certifies the cost reimbursement vouchers to USAID COR after which payment reimbursements are made to the host government.
