AOUSC is considering holding an event in downtown Boston, MA on 7/11 & 12, 2022 that will require 144 rooms; Aa plenary ballroom that seats 150, classroom style, > 2,000 sq ft (square or rectangular) with 11’+ ceilings; four break out rooms each holding 30 – 40 people requiring a projector, screen, and mic. Food & Beverage shall be minimal. If your hotel meets these requirements and willing to offer the rooms at govt rates, please send your interest to robert_grinstead@ao.uscourts.gov within five calendar days of this announcement. Hotels that have shown an interest previously need not respond. The govt will likely make a best value award as a result of this announcement. RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED DIRECTLY FROM HOTELS, ONLY. RESPONSES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FROM THIRD PARTY AGENCIES OR BROKERS; HENCE, CONSIDERED NON-RESPONSIVE AND EXCLUDED FROM FURTHER CONSIDERATION.
