This solicitation is for a bas year with three option years for renewal. DELIVERABLES Parking spaces shall: be located within a three-block radius of 511 East San Antonio Avenue, El Paso, TX 79901 provide a safe and secure enviroment for staff employed by the Court Units allow for self-parking only be open for business twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week with unlimited ingress and egress be paved with disignated parking spaces provide a monthly usage report provide identification fro vehicles (key card, window stickers, hanging tag, etc.) if available
