This solicitation is for a base year with three option years for renewal. DELIVERABLES Parking spaces shall: be located within a three-block radius of 511 East San Antonio Avenue El Paso, TX 79901. provide a safe and secure environment for staff employed by the Court Units. allow for self-parking only. be open for business twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week with unlimited ingress and egress. be paved with designated parking spaces. provide a monthly usage report. provide identification for vehicles (key card, window stickers, hanging tag, etc.) if available
