The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts seeks contractor services to print and mail IRS information returns, including W-2, 1099-R, 1099-INT, 1099-MISC, and 1099-NEC forms. The contract is limited to printing and mailing only and does not include other tax-related services. The AO will provide ready-to-print-and-mail PDF data files with W-2/1099 boxes prepopulated and form instructions. The contractor must be able to print and mail domestically, to U.S. territories, and to international addresses as provided by the Judiciary.
