Printing/Mail Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Notice ID:USCA26R0196

The AO requires a subject-matter expert to provide advisory and analytical support for judiciary printing, publishing, mail management, and distribution activities, ensuring compliance with Title 44, JCP rules, GPO regulations, and judiciary policies. The role is limited because Printing Officer duties are inherently governmental and cannot be performed or certified by the contractor. Support includes advising on printing project planning and scheduling, evaluating compliance with branding, formatting, and quality standards, and reviewing vendor relationships and procurement for printing supplies. The expert will also advise on cost-effective printing solutions and emerging technologies.
