The Judiciary intends to award a single IDIQ contract to provide automated analyzers, forensic reagents, maintenance, training, and a data management system to United States Probation and Pretrial Services Offices nationwide. The period of performance is a seven-year ordering period with two optional ordering periods of three years and six months. Services and supplies must be provided in accordance with the RFP and all attachments. Interested parties must be registered in SAM.gov prior to contract award. This procurement is not subject to the FAR and will not be set aside for small business.
