Services must support three data centers located in Ashburn, VA; El Segundo, CA; and Washington, DC. East Coast facilities must be 30 to 75 miles from both Ashburn and Washington, DC, and outside the electromagnetic exposure radius of a device detonated in the D.C. area. West Coast facilities must be 30 to 75 miles from El Segundo, CA. The contractor must ensure tape delivery within 4 hours of a request.
