This solicitation is being competed following the procedures found in § 330 "Standard Competitive Contracting Procedures" of the Guide to Judiciary Policy, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a solicitation for the procurement of CLE accreditation services to be utilized by the Defender Services Office (DSO) Training Division within the Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AOUSC). Please see the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) for instructions. Offerors shall submit their proposal response electronically to the Contracting Officer, Candace Browne, via email at Candace_Browne@ao.uscourts.gov with a cc to Arnold_Casterline@ao.uscourts.gov by no later than the due date and time listed above. Any other type of submission of responses shall not be accepted. Responsible sources shall follow the instructions in the attached RFP in order to be considered. This requirement is unrestricted and not set aside for small business. The Judiciary is not subject to the FAR.
