This solicitation is hereby issued as a RFP for local courier services to support the Administrative Office of the US Courts (AO). Included is the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses that are applicable to this acquistion. The relevant NAICS code for this acquisition is 492210 and the PSC is R602; this solicitation is released for full and open competition (no set-asides). 90% of deliveries will be in within 10 miles of AO Headquarters (see solicitation statement of work for details). The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to revise Section 3.4 Electronic Submission.
