ORIGINAL - This is a solicitation for Location Monitoring Equipment and Remote Alcohol Detection Devices and services prepared in accordance with the Administrative Offices of the U.S. Courts Judiciary Guide, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. All responses shall be submitted via email to AJ_LEE@ao.uscourts.gov and Leanna_stith@ao.uscourts.gov. Any other type of submission of responses shall not be accepted. Responsible sources shall follow the instructions in the attached RFP in order to be considered. Responses to this solicitation are due by no later than March 5, 2024. This requirement is unrestricted and not set aside for small business.

This notice provides a preliminary notice that the AOUSC intends to award a single award IDIQ for Location Monitoring equipment and services. The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC) intends to award a single award IDIQ to obtain Location Monitoring equipment and services for the AOUSC Probation and Pretrial Services Office (PPSO). The Contractor shall provide location monitoring equipment and services described in the DRAFT RFP. Interested parties must be registered in SAM.GOV in order to be awarded a contract. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award. The Judiciary intends to release the solicitation on or abour February 1, 2024, with a thirty-day response time. Award is intended to be made on or about August 1, 2024. The Judiciary is not subject to the FAR or small business regulations for open market procurements and thus this will not be set aside for small business.
