This is a solicitation for an eFaxing Solution prepared in accordance with the Administrative Offices of the U.S. Courts Judiciary Guide, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. All responses shall be submitted via email to Candace_Browne@ao.uscourts.gov with a carbon copy sent to LeAnna_Stith@ao.uscourts.gov. Any other type of submission of responses shall not be accepted. Responsible sources shall follow the instructions in the attached RFP in order to be considered. Responses to this solicitation are due by no later than 4:00 PM EST on Friday, August 11, 2023. Offers shall be emailed to Candace_Browne@ao.uscourts.gov with a carbon copy sent to LeAnna_Stith@ao.uscourts.gov. Reference, on your quote, "RFP USCA23R0148 - eFaxing Solution". This requirement is unrestricted and not set aside for small business, as the Judiciary is not subject to small business regulations.
