This is a solicitation for the shipment of 3,000 eBooks (ePub or PDF) and 1,500 3-Volume hard copy sets of Defending a Federal Criminal Case (DFCC) 2023 Edition. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the Administrative Offices of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC) Judiciary Guide, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Please see the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) for more detailed instructions. All questions are due by 1:00 PM Eastern on Tuesday May 9, 2023, and must be submitted via email to candace_browne@ao.uscourts.gov. Proposals are due by 1:00 PM Eastern on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, and must be submitted via email to candace_browne@ao.uscourts.gov. Any other type of submission of responses shall not be accepted. Responsible sources shall follow the instructions in the attached RFP in order to be considered. This requirement is unrestricted and not set aside for small business.
