This notice is Unrestricted and not set aside for small business. The event is planned for August 17-20, 2022 (primary dates) or with an alternate date of August 24-27, 2022. Oakland, CA 5. Charlotte, NC 6. Boston, MA Instructions for preparing and submitting proposals and the evaluation criteria the Government will use to evaluate the proposals can be found in Sections L and M. Please adhere to all instructions and provide the required information in order to be considered for award: Quote requires: Completed Attachment 1, AV Breakout proposal, and meeting room(s) proposed (floor plan and occupancy). QUOTES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FROM THIRD PARTY AGENCIES OR BROKERS. QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED DIRECTLY FROM HOTELS ONLY. QUOTES FROM THIRD PARTIES OR BROKERS WILL BE CONSIDERED NONRESPONSIVE AND WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM CONSIDERATION FOR AWARD.
