The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts is seeking hotel lodging, meeting space, food and beverage, and audio visual needs for the 2022 National Federal Habeas Corpus Seminar (NHS). The preferred dates of this event are August 11, 2022 to August 14, 2022. Alternate dates are August 4, 2022 to August 7, 2022. Locations we will consider for this event are Charlotte, NC; Philadelphia, PA; Pittsburgh, PA; or Cleveland, OH. Please refer to the attached solicitation document USCA22R0076, Attachment 1 - NHS Hotel and Attachment 2 - NHS Hotel SOW for details on the requirement, the instructions for preparing and submitting quotes, and the evaluation critieria the Government will use to evaluate quotes received. Please adhere to all instructions and provide the required information in order to be considered for award.
