This is a solicitation for hotel/lodging and conference space prepared in accordance with the Judiciary Guide, Volume 14, § 330, Standard Competitive Contracting Procedures, for the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AO). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and proposals are being requested. This solicitation is unrestricted and is not set aside for small business. The AO is seeking hotel/lodging and conference space for the 2022 Persuasive Writing Workshop and Multi-Track Seminar in: 1) Portland, OR; 2) Seattle, WA; or 3) Denver, CO (listed in order of preference). The event is planned for July 31, 2022 – August 6, 2022. Alternate dates are August 7 – 12, 2022. Please refer to the attached solicitation document USCA22R0069 and Attachment 1 - "AO Requirements and Hotel Offer" for details on the requirement, the instructions for preparing and submitting proposals, and the evaluation criteria the Government will use to evaluate proposals received. Please adhere to all instructions and provide the required information by the stated due date in order to be considered for award. ***Amendment 0001 issued 03/23/2022 - This amendment is to update the Audio Visual Requirements and extend the proposal deadline. Please refer to USCA22R0069 Amendment 0001 and its updated Attachment 1 - "AO Requirements and Hotel Offer dated 3.22.2022." PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FROM THIRD PARTY AGENCIES OR BROKERS. PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED DIRECTLY FROM HOTELS ONLY. PROPOSALS FROM THIRD PARTIES OR BROKERS WILL BE CONSIDERED NON-RESPONSIVE AND WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM CONSIDERATION FOR AWARD.
