This is a solicitation for hotel/lodging and conference space prepared in accordance with the Judiciary Guide, Volume 14, § 330, Standard Competitive Contracting Procedures, for the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AO). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and proposals are being requested. This solicitation is unrestricted and is not set aside for small business. The AO is seeking hotel/lodging and conference space for the 2022 Jury Administrator Conference in: 1) Seattle, WA; 2) Chicago, IL; or 3) New Orleans, LA (listed in order of preference). The event is planned for July 18-21, 2022. There are no alternate dates. Please refer to the attached solicitation document USCA22R0055 and Attachment 1 - "AO Requirements and Hotel Offer" for details on the requirement, the instructions for preparing and submitting proposals, and the evaluation criteria the Government will use to evaluate proposals received. Please adhere to all instructions and provide the required information by the stated due date in order to be considered for award. PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FROM THIRD PARTY AGENCIES OR BROKERS. PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED DIRECTLY FROM HOTELS ONLY. PROPOSALS FROM THIRD PARTIES OR BROKERS WILL BE CONSIDERED NON-RESPONSIVE AND WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM CONSIDERATION FOR AWARD.
