This is a solicitation for the 2022 Federal Defenders Administrators Conference prepared in accordance with the Administrative Offices of the U.S. Courts Judiciary Guide, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice is Unrestricted and not set aside for small business. The event is planned for July 19-21, 2022 (Preferred dates) or July 26-28, 2022 (alternate dates) in one of the following cities (ranked by preference): 1. Cleveland, OH 2. Kansas City, MO 3. Memphis, TN 4. Denver, CO Please refer to the attached solicitation document USCA22R0047 and Attachment 1 – Hotel Requirements Price Sheet. Collectively, these documents provide details on the requirement, the instructions for preparing and submitting quotations, and the evaluation criteria the Government will use to evaluate quotes received. Please adhere to all instructions and provide the required information in order to be considered for award: REQUIRED: Completed Attachment 1, AV Breakout proposal, and meeting room(s) proposed (floor plan and occupancy) - SEE SECTION L PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FROM THIRD PARTY AGENCIES OR BROKERS. PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED DIRECTLY FROM HOTELS ONLY. PROPOSALS FROM THIRD PARTIES OR BROKERS WILL BE CONSIDERED NONRESPONSIVE AND WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM CONSIDERATION FOR AWARD.
