The Administrative Office of the United States Courts is seeking a hotel and conference location for our May 2022 Paralegal and Investigators Seminar. The event is planned for May 2-5, 2022. Please refer to the attached solicitation document USCA22R0013 and Attachment 1 – Hotel RFP. Collectively, these documents provide details on the requirement, the instructions for preparing and submitting quotations, and the evaluation criteria the Government will use to evaluate quotes received. PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FROM THIRD PARTY VENDORS OR BROKERS. PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED DIRECTLY FROM HOTELS ONLY. PROPOSALS FROM THIRD PARTIES OR BROKERS WILL BE CONSIDERED NONRESPONSIVE AND WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM CONSIDERATION FOR AWARD. ANTICIPATED ATTENDANCE: 325 **All properties proposed will be evaluated, but are listed IN ORDER OF PREFERENCE*** Seattle, WA; Chicago, IL; Boston, MA; San Diego, CA; Denver, CO. 1. Downtown city locations with at least 10 fast-casual restaurants within ½ mile radius of the property. Easily accessible flights from around the US. Note: Properties adjacent to airports and highways will not be considered. 2. Clear health and safety protocols for guest rooms, meetings spaces, and food/beverage service. 3. Flexibility of meeting space offered (ability to accommodate multiple room sets and breakouts located in close proximity to the general session room) 4. Amenities offered – two (2) to three (3) food outlets on hotel property, complimentary guest room Wi-Fi, refrigerators in guest rooms, and shuttle service to surround area. 5.
