The Administrative Offices of the United States Courts seeks a(multiple) national Blanket Purchase Agreement(s) (BPA) to efficiently contract for group hotel reservations for lodging, meeting space, and event services. This program may establish BPAs with several Hotel groups and/or chains which will include contractual terms and conditions under which reservations and event services will be competed and awarded. It is in the government's best interest to limit the total number of BPAs in this program to maximize and streamline administrative effectiveness. It will be the intent of the BPA for the BPA holders to ensure that the terms and conditions of the BPA will be understood by the hotels provided by the BPA holder. Orders generally will include lodging, conference space, food and beverage, audio and visual (A/V) supplies, and other miscellaneous items. Orders may also be just for lodging. The AOUSC is not subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and therefore the solicitation is released as unrestricted and not set aside for small business.
