This requirement is for Hotel/Lodging for 2022 Defender Services Office, Training Division, Race Seminar. This requirement is unrestricted. The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AO) is seeking hotel/lodging venue for 2022. Race Seminar in Detroit, MI; Philadelphia, PA.; Miami, FL; Tulsa, OK; Los Angeles, CA; Oakland, CA; Dallas, TX; Nashville, TN; and Las Vegas, NV. The event is planned for February 16-19, 2022. Alternate Dates for the event are February 09-12, 2022. Please refer to the attached solicitation document USCA22R0006 and Attachment 1 Hotel Proposal_RACE_RFP. Collectively, these documents provide details on the requirement, the instructions for preparing and submitting proposals, and evaluation criteria the Government will use to evaluate quotes received. Please adhere to all instructions and provide the required information by the stated due date on the solicitation to be considered for award.
