This is a solicitation prepared in accordance with Judiciary Volume 14 §325.30 Soliciting Under Small Purchase Procedure. This requirement is for Hotel/Lodging for the 2022 New Court Unit Executives Orientation Program. This requirement is unrestricted. The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AO) is seeking hotel/lodging venue for the 2022 New Court Unit Executives Orientation Program in Washington, DC. The event is planned for June 26, 2022 through June 28, 2022. (There are no alternate dates.) This is a solicitation for hotel lodging prepared in accordance with the Administrative Office of the United States Courts’ Guide to Judiciary Policy, Volume 14 §325.30 Soliciting Under Small Purchase Procedure, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Please refer to the attached solicitation document USCA22Q0107 and Attachment 1 - Vendor Quote. Collectively, these documents provide details on the requirement, the instructions for preparing and submitting quotations, and the evaluation criteria the Government will use to evaluate quotations received. Please adhere to all instructions and provide the required information in order to be considered for award. QUOTES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FROM THIRD PARTY AGENCIES OR BROKERS. QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED DIRECTLY FROM HOTELS ONLY. QUOTES FROM THIRD PARTIES OR BROKERS WILL BE CONSIDERED NONRESPONSIVE AND WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM CONSIDERATION FOR AWARD.
