This is a solicitation for 2022 CDO Board Leadership meeting prepared in accordance with the Administrative Offices of the U.S. Courts Judiciary Guide, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice is Unrestricted and not set aside for small business. The event is planned for October 19 - 21, 2022 with an alternate date of October 26 - 28, 2022 in Atlanta, GA. Please refer to the attached solicitation document USCA22Q0105 and Attachment 1 – Hotel Price Sheet. Collectively, these documents provide details on the requirement, the instructions for preparing and submitting quotations, and the evaluation criteria the Government will use to evaluate quotes received. Please adhere to all instructions and provide the required information in order to be considered for award: Quote requires: 1. Completed Attachment 1, 2. AV Breakout proposal, 3. meeting room(s) proposed (floor plan and occupancy) and 4. Food and Beverage proposed menu. - SEE SECTION M QUOTES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FROM THIRD PARTY AGENCIES OR BROKERS. QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED DIRECTLY FROM HOTELS ONLY. QUOTES FROM THIRD PARTIES OR BROKERS WILL BE CONSIDERED NONRESPONSIVE AND WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM CONSIDERATION FOR AWARD.
