Revise Attachment 1 - Hotel Requirements to add the missing audio & visual equipment (cell A72 in spreadsheet) and add a statement about visibility (cell C47 in spreadsheet). Contract line item numbers (CLINs) 0002 and 0004 have been updated to reflect those changes; and 2. Extend the due date of quotations to 3:00 PM (Eastern) on Wednesday, May 18, 2022. Section L.1.2 has been updated to reflect this change. ************************************************************************************************************************************************** The Administrative Office of the United States Courts is seeking a hotel to provide lodging, meeting, space, food & beverage, and audio/visual equipment for the Post Conviction Risk Assessment (PCRA) 2.0 Conference to be held in Indianapolis, Indiana or Omaha, Nebraska. The event is planned for August 22, 2022 through August 25, 2022. (There are no alternate dates.) This is a solicitation for hotel lodging, meeting space, food & beverage, and AV equipment prepared in accordance with the Administrative Office of the United States Courts’ Guide to Judiciary Policy, Volume 14, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Please refer to the attached solicitation document USCA22Q0101 and Attachment 1 - Hotel Requirements. Collectively, these documents provide details on the requirement, the instructions for preparing and submitting quotations, and the evaluation criteria the Government will use to evaluate quotations received. Please adhere to all instructions and provide the required information in order to be considered for award. All responses shall be submitted via email to john_baumert@ao.uscourts.gov. Any other type of submission of responses shall not be accepted. Responsible sources shall follow the instructions in the attached request for quotation in order to be considered. Responses to this solicitation are due by no later than 3:00 PM on Friday, April 29, 2022. Quotations shall be emailed to john_baumert@ao.uscourts.gov.
