May 2, 2022 - The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to cancel the requirement. *************************************************************************************************************************************** The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to extend the due date of quotations from Friday, April 22, 2022 by 3:00 PM (Eastern) to Wednesday, May 4, 2022 by 3:00 PM (Eastern). **************************************************************************************************************************************** The Administrative Office of the United States Courts is seeking a hotel to provide lodging, meeting, space, food & beverage, and audio/visual equipment for the 2022 Trial Skills Workshop I to be held in Denver, CO; Philadelphia, PA; or Chicago, IL. The event is planned for September 7, 2022 through September 10, 2022. (There are no alternate dates.) Please refer to the attached solicitation document USCA22Q0100 and Attachment 1 - Hotel Requirements and Attachment 2 – Shipping and Set Up Charts. Collectively, these three documents provide details on the requirement, the instructions for preparing and submitting quotations, and the evaluation criteria the Government will use to evaluate quotations received. Please adhere to all instructions and provide the required information in order to be considered for award.
