This is a solicitation for 2022 AUTHORIZED CASE TRAINING III (ACTIII) prepared in accordance with the Administrative Offices of the U.S. Courts Judiciary Guide, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice is Unrestricted and not set aside for small business. The event is planned for August 3-6, 2022 and the city of Albuquerque, NM is being considered. All emails shall reference "USCA22Q0080 - ACT III" in the email subject line. Please refer to the attached solicitation document USCA22Q0080 and Attachment 1 – Price Sheet. Collectively, these documents provide details on the requirement, the instructions for preparing and submitting quotations, and the evaluation criteria the Government will use to evaluate quotes received. Quote requires: Completed Attachment 1, AV Breakout proposal, and meeting room(s) proposed (floor plan and occupancy) - SEE SECTION M QUOTES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FROM THIRD PARTY AGENCIES OR BROKERS. QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED DIRECTLY FROM HOTELS ONLY. QUOTES FROM THIRD PARTIES OR BROKERS WILL BE CONSIDERED NONRESPONSIVE AND WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM CONSIDERATION FOR AWARD.
