This is a solicitation for 2022 Non-Capital Sentencing Mitigation meeting prepared in accordance with the Administrative Offices of the U.S. Courts Judiciary Guide, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice is Unrestricted and not set aside for small business. The event is planned for June 9-11, 2022 with an alternate date of June 2-4, 2022. The following cities are being considered: 1. San Francisco, CA 2. San Diego, CA 3. Los Angeles, CA 4. Minneapolis, MN Please refer to the attached solicitation document USCA22Q0053 and Attachment 1 – Hotel Quotation. Collectively, these documents provide details on the requirement, the instructions for preparing and submitting quotations, and the evaluation criteria the Government will use to evaluate quotes received. Please adhere to all instructions and provide the required information in order to be considered for award: Quote requires: Completed Attachment 1, AV Breakout proposal, and meeting room(s) proposed (floor plan and occupancy) - SEE SECTION M QUOTES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FROM THIRD PARTY AGENCIES OR BROKERS. QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED DIRECTLY FROM HOTELS ONLY. QUOTES FROM THIRD PARTIES OR BROKERS WILL BE CONSIDERED NONRESPONSIVE AND WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM CONSIDERATION FOR AWARD.
