This is a solicitation prepared in accordance with the Judiciary Guide, Volume 14, § 325.30, Soliciting Under Small Purchase Procedure, for the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AO). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotations are being requested. This solicitation is unrestricted and is not set aside for small business. The AO is seeking a hotel/lodging and conference space for the Anthony G. Amsterdam Supreme Court Advocacy Institute (SCOTUS) in Washington, DC. The event is planned for June 10-12, 2022. Alternate dates are June 10-12, 2022 and June 17-19, 2022. Please refer to the attached solicitation document USCA22Q0046 and attachments. Collectively, these documents provide details on the requirement, the instructions for preparing and submitting quotes, and the evaluation critieria the Government will use to evaluate quotes received. Please adhere to all instructions and provide the required information by the stated due date in order to be considered for award. QUOTES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FROM THIRD PARTY AGENCIES OR BROKERS. QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED DIRECTLY FROM HOTELS ONLY. QUOTES FROM THIRD PARTIES OR BROKERS WILL BE CONSIDERED NON-RESPONSIVE AND WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM CONSIDERATION FOR AWARD.
