AMENDMENT 0003- The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions that were missed in Amendment 0002, the revised Attachment 6 dated 11/04/2020 (Furniture Tally Sheet) and the revised Attachment 7 dated 11/04/2020 (Pricing Sheet). The period to submit questions and/or comments has ended. No additional questions will be accepted or considered. The proposal due date and time has not been extended. (END OF AMENDMENT) AMENDMENT 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions received in response to this solicitation and the attachments supporting the responses, the revised Attachment 3 dated 10/28/2020 (Section 2, Office and Auxiliary Furniture, Tables and Task Seating), the revised Attachment 6 dated 10/28/2020 (Furniture Tally Sheet), the updated Section L-1 Instructions, Paragraph L.3, Volume III, Page 23, and to extend the proposal due date and time. The period to submit questions and/or comments has ended. Not additional questions will be accepted or considered. The proposal due date is extended to 3:00PM ET, Thursday, 12 November 2020. (END OF AMENDMENT ) AMENDMENT 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide the revised furniture specifications dated 10 October 2020 and a copy of the furniture floor plans. The proposal submission date and time has not been extended. (END OF AMENDMENT) The Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AOUSC or AO) intends to make one or multiple awards on a “Sectional” basis for office furniture for the Western District of North Carolina. The objective is to acquire and install brand name or equal furniture items including delivery and a turnkey installation. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The performance period shall be effective from time of award through 28 November 2022, with actual work (furniture delivery and installation) to be performed as follow: • Phase 1: Courthouse Annex (New Construction) Delivery and Install Schedule: 1 March through 7 May 2021 • Phase 2: Charles R. Jonas Courthouse Delivery and Install Schedule: 3 October through 28 November 2022
