Cost Benefit Analysis – AI Use Cases
This is a Request for Information (RFI) from the Administrative Office of the United States Courts for market research and acquisition planning, not a solicitation, and it will not result in a contract award. The government seeks industry feedback on commercial capabilities, pricing methodologies, and contract structures for performing Cost Benefit Analyses (CBA) for AI use cases, particularly in criminal justice, corrections, or court-related settings. Respondents are encouraged to recommend appropriate contract vehicles (e.g., BPA, IDIQ) and pricing approaches (e.g., FFP, T&M), and to provide illustrative pricing or budgetary estimates to inform the acquisition strategy. The RFI also requests input on data governance, PII handling, security clearances, and compliance with the Judiciary Information Security Framework (JISF) requirements. Industry responses will help the government refine the requirement and determine the most suitable procurement approach.
