The purpose of this solicitation is to provide a notice to potential contractors that the Office of the Federal Public Defender, Western District of Texas is seeking to fill a temporary General Clerk II position in our Del Rio, TX office. This will be a competitive acquisition which will result in the issuance of a Firm Fixed-Price contract being awarded to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror.
