This is a request for GSA Schedule pricing. Open market quotations will not be considered. The Office of the Federal Public Defender, Western District of Texas has identified a need to procure office furniture for a new space for our branch located in San Antonio, Texas. In order to be considered for the award you must be able to meet all of the requirements. General Project Requirements: An attachment will be included with this solicitation listing the requested furniture items, quantity and specifications. Order needs to be fulfilled on one purchase order, meaning quotes from multiple GSA contracts will not be accepted. Offeror must provide complete delivery and installation services to include: off-loading of items from delivery truck, un-packing of items from boxes, inspection of items for concealed damage, installation of furniture. Offeror must remove and discard all packing debris. All items are to be F.O.B. Destination, withing consignee’s premises Offeror must provide with their quote proof of liability insurance. Delivery must occur after regular business hours. Building does have a loading dock. (after 5:30 pm CST on weekdays or on the weekend) Installation will be during regular business hours. (8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. CST) Furniture will be delivered and installed at: 300 Convent St. 23rd Floor San Antonio, TX 78205 The following should be included in your proposal: The attached vendor information sheet, filled out in its entirety. An itemized price quotation spreadsheet, including per item pricing and total cost extended for quantities specified which includes all hardware needed for assembly. All associated freight, delivery, and installation costs. Include manufacturer specifications, and photos of product lines specified. A layout showing where furniture will be located and how it will be configured. Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror which meets the Federal Public Defender’s technical requirements. Following the award, delivery and installation of the furniture is expected to occur between April 2023 and June 2023. Upon award, the awardee will need to either provide samples of finish options or set up a showroom visit if a showroom is available within 350 miles of San Antonio. All offers must be received by 5:00 P.M. CST, Tuesday, January 24, 2023.
