Period of Performance will be from the date of award through a 12-month period. Vendors must detail how your non-brand offering meets the specifications of the brands that are listed in the spreadsheets in the Schedule B. A firm-fixed price award will be made on the basis of the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. Delivery is desired within 100 days after receipt of offer. This is an open market bid for qualified contrators who are currently on the US Courts BPA or who have completed a term of the US Court BPA successfully and were not disqualified from participating in the US Courts BPA.
