This is a request for open market pricing. The Office of the Federal Public Defender, Western District of Texas has identified a need to procure Video teleconference equipment for a new space for our NITOAD branch in San Antonio, TX. In order to be considered for the award you must be able to meet all of the requirements. General Project Requirements: 1. Offeror must provide complete delivery services to include: off-loading of items from delivery truck inside the suite, and inspection of items for concealed damage. Any of this work that would require use of the building freight elevator in more then one trip will be required to be done after normal business hours per building guidelines. (between 5:30 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. CST or weekends). 2. If delivery will require use of pallets, building protocol will need to be followed as well. A copy of these specifications is included with the solicitation and outlines all building protection and other requirements. 3. All items are to be F.O.B. Destination, withing consignee’s premises 4. Equipment will be delivered at: Fountainhead Tower 8200 IH-10 W. Ste. 1000 (10th floor) San Antonio, TX 78230 The following should be included in your proposal: 1. An itemized price quotation spreadsheet, including per item pricing and total cost extended for quantities specified. List of equipment includes a manufacturer number; quote should include this item or something of like kind/ quality. If an alternate brand/line proposed please include manufacturer information. 2. All associated freight and delivery costs associated. 3. Partial bids will not be accepted. Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror which is technically acceptable.
