The purpose of this project is to install electrical, cabling systems and IT equipment as outlined in this SOW. Contractor will provide labor, materials, installation, and equipment required to support the installation of an 80kVA GALAXY VS battery backup system, a 10kVA SRT SRT10KXLT smart UPS system, two 12U single-hinged switch depth wall mount rack enclosure cabinets, five APC NetShelter SX 42U IT Racks Black, qty. (2) APC NetShelter CX Mini Soundproof Server Rack Enclosure 12U Oak, qty. (2) APC NetShelter SX Networking Rack Enclosure 42U Black, and an overhead cabling ladder system with vertical outside bends to racks and equipment, partially described in Solution Number ISX0002017443-0015, as requested by the Operator, on the 10th and 11th floor of 8200 IH 10, San Antonio TX 78230 (Fountainhead Building). This Scope of Work (SOW) defines the scope of the services that the electrical contractor, hereafter referred to as “Contractor”, will provide to the Federal Public Defender, Western District of Texas in the San Antonio, TX office for the NITOAD branch, hereafter referred to as the “Operator”. The government is requesting a turn-key solution. Due to the length of the SOW, please see the full SOW and directives in the attachments. In order to be considered for the proposal a site visit is required. All site visits must be scheduled with the offices contracting officer, Angela Kessel. Contractors should email Angela at angela_kessel@fd.org referencing the solicitation number and availability. No site visits will be scheduled after August 30, 2022. All bids need to be sumbitted in itemized format and clearly indicate costs for work as outlined in the SOW. Any updates will be listed in the attachments and labeled as "Update" and include update date. PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK ATTACHMENTS PRIOR TO SUBMITTING BID TO ENSURE YOU HAVE ACCOUNTED FOR ANY UPDATES TO THE SOLICITATION.
