The Office of the Circuit Executive for the Ninth Circuit is seeking hotel lodging and meeting space needs for our annual conference to be held in July 2024. The preferred dates of this event are July 22 - 25, 2024 (preferred) or July 15 - 18, 2024 (alternate). Locations we will consider for this event are San Diego, CA OR Huntington Beach, CA. We are seeking properties that are 4-star equivalent or better. Please refer to the attached document for the event requirements. Proposals must be submitted by Friday, January 20, 2023. Proposals submitted after this date will not be considered. Quotes will be accepted directly from hotels only. Quotes will not be accepted from third party agencies or brokers. Quotes from third parties or brokers will be considered nonresponsive and will be excluded from consideration for award. Additional meeting locations that will be considered are: Long Beach, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Monterey, CA; Sacramento, CA; OR Bellevue, WA
