This Request for Quotations (RFQ) is for the purpose of acquiring bids for 130 new Microsoft Surface Laptops Computers with130 Microsoft Complete for Business Extended Service Agreements. The quotation must include all shipping costs for inside delivery to the John Kluczynski Federal Building, 230 South Dearborn Street, Suite 3400, Chicago, Illinois during normal business hours (9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays). Estimated delivery date of the full allotment of the computers is to be included in the quotation. The vendor is responsible for meeting all security guidelines and truck restrictions of the Kluczynski Federal Building.
