This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation TXWFPD-EP-2020-3 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Federal Public Defender, Western District of Texas intends to award one (1) firm fixed price contract for the leasing of storage space for records which must be kept off-site.
