The Office of the Federal Public Defender is seeking a quotation for the purchase of one (1) Black & White Multi-Functio2n Printer (MFP) with maintenance agreement for our office in El Paso, TX. Please see the instructions below and attached specifications for detailed requirements. In order to be considered for the award you must be able to meet all of the requirements. General Instructions and Requirements: Offeror must provide a GSA quote with firm fixed price for the purchase of one Black & White MFP, a GSA firm fixed price quote for the machine to have a one (1) year comprehensive maintenance package including preventative maintenance as needed and full service maintenance, which is defined in the technical requirements below. Vendor may quote more than one brand of digital MFP. Complete delivery and installation services to include: off-loading of items from delivery truck, un-packing of MFP, inspection of MFP for concealed damage, installation of copier. Offeror must remove and discard all packing debris. Installation will be during regular business hours 8:00 am -5:00 pm CST Monday thru Friday. MFP will be delivered and installed at: 700 E. San Antonio Street, Suite D-401 El Paso, TX 79901-7020 Lead time for delivery and installation of equipment should be timely. Delivery and installation must be scheduled one week in advance. The following should be included in your proposal: Vendor name, contact phone/email, address, and DUNS Number with cage code An itemized price quotation sheet, including per item price where applicable and total cost extended for quantities specified. Pricing should be valid for thirty (30) days and include estimated lead time and delivery. A copy of the GSA Schedule noted on the quote. All associated freight, delivery and installation costs. Include manufacturer specifications and literature that reflects the technical requirements. Award, subject to fund availability, will be made to the lowest priced offeror which meets the Federal Public Defender’s technical requirements. The specifications for the MFP are outlined in the attached RFQ document. All offers must be received by 5:00 PM CST, Wednesday, August 5, 2020.
