AMEDNED SOLICITATION AS OUTLINED IN ATTACHEMENT The U.S. District Court of Eastern District of Pennsylvania is seeking pricing to outsource our jury mailings. This includes printing, packaging, preparation and mailing of summonses and questionnaires to jurors as well as setup a secured system for EDPA Clerk’s Office to provide juror information electronically. Contractor is required to update the Jury wheel pool twice a year for the EDPA Clerk's Office.
