An award will be made on the basis of lowest priced technically acceptable bid. The total award for this RFQ will not exceed $34,000. SCOPE All quoted items of furniture must be delivered via White Glove delivery. All packaging and materials must be removed by the carrier, including pallets. No debris may be left behind. Vendor must also pick-up and either remove and dispose or relocate furniture currently in the respective locations of the new furniture. The Phillip Burton Federal Building has security measures in place which must be followed by all contractor personnel completing delivery and assembly. Individuals must present valid ID (e.g. Driver’s License, Government Employee ID) and submit to a security check prior to entering the building. No guns or other weapons will be allowed on the premises. All personnel must be escorted by court staff at all times. Garage access is limited to trucks smaller than 12’ in height and 30’ in length. The loading dock is available for one hour for loading and unloading purposes only. Therefore the carrier may need to move the truck from the loading dock once goods are unloaded if the delivery and assembly will take more than 60 minutes. Delivery must be scheduled 2-3 days in advance to send carrier information to security for clearance. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS Invoices will be submitted to the Procurement and Facilities Department at the District Court in San Francisco for payment review and consideration on a net terms basis. This requirement is not negotiable. REVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERABLES The vendor agrees delivery and acceptance of goods is contingent of approval by Procurement and Facilities staff at time of delivery in regards to damaged or defective goods.
