Modify the current ESSS and adjacent USDC public display space to reconfigure and expand the ESSS; Demolish, remove, and dispose of all waste materials; Complete any necessary hazardous material abatement; All flooring, doors, furniture and hardware to be protected; Finish all surfaces to match current, including sanding, priming, painting, staining, molding, finishings as necessary; Comply with the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard (ABAAS) Install necessary infrastructure to support anticipated security equipment; Install automatic egress gating; Tie all controls into ongoing Physical Access Control System (PACS); All tools/waste are the contractor's responsibility, and the courthouse must be accessible and presentable during working hours (building dumpsters shall not be used for disposal).
