Sand prime and skim walls to prep for paint. Provide and paint 2 coats of paint on walls ceilings and door frames. Tools are to be cleaned only in janitor's closet mop sink or offsite location. Work areas are always to be kept clean. All flooring, doors, furniture and hardware are to be protected from paint splatter. All trash is the contractor's responsibility to be removed from site. Building dumpsters shall not be used for disposal.
