Pratt Street, Baltimore, Maryland. 2. Judiciary employees must be able to park their own cars, keep their keys, and have unlimited in-and-out access at no additional cost 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 3. Parking facility must be well lit throughout, including elevators, stairwells, entrances and all areas accessible by the public. 4. Parking facility must be clean with appropriate ventilation and exhaust. 5. Parking facility must be a safe and secure environment.
