The United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit (judiciary) is a federal court with appellate jurisdiction over the states of Alabama, Florida, and Georgia. As described in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ), the purpose of this cyclical maintenance project is to renovate a breakroom within the Hugo L. Black United States Courthouse in Birmingham, Alabama. The period of performance for this contract shall be completed within twelve (12) weeks from the date of award. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer, subject to the availability of funds. Quotations must be submitted by Monday, 26 February 2024 at 4:00 PM, CT.
